Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Sound Associates (“us,” “we,” or “our”) provides hearing-related services and solutions at our facility located at Sound Associates. We value your time and strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. This Appointment and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to scheduling appointments and cancellations. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to comply with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please contact us to discuss any concerns.
1. Scheduling Appointments
To schedule an appointment with us, you can contact our office by phone at +1 (253) 863 – 3311 during our store hours. Our store hours are as follows:
- Monday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
2. Appointment Confirmation
Once you have scheduled an appointment, we will provide you with confirmation details, including the date, time, and location of the appointment. Please review the confirmation information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or need to make changes.
3. Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be in need of our services. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting our office during our store hours.
4. Missed Appointments
If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing us with prior notice or cancelation, it may result in a missed appointment fee. The missed appointment fee will be communicated to you at the time of scheduling and is designed to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your appointment.
5. Late Arrivals
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your scheduled appointment. However, please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment duration to accommodate other scheduled appointments. If you anticipate being significantly delayed, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss possible rescheduling.
